Crowdsourcing knowledge services for foundation quality evaluation: an empirical study of the collective intelligence mechanism

随着粉底液市场的迅猛发展,消费者对产品品质的要求持续提升,传统评价方法已难以适配市场上多样化粉底液的评测需求。本研究旨在构建一套基于人工智能与群体智慧的粉底液品质评价体系,以此破解粉底液市场信息不对称、品质难以量化、消费信任缺失等行业痛点。通过研发多维特征融合的 PDFWA 算法,以及基于群体智慧的正和博弈激励机制,本研究实现了对粉底液品质的客观量化评估,同时完成了美妆评客专业能力的高效筛选。实证研究结果表明,该评价体系不仅能显著提高粉底液品质评价的精准度,还能充分激发美妆评客的专业素养与责任意识,为消费者提供具备公信力的品质参考依据,助力粉底液市场的规范化健康发展。此外,本研究还进一步探讨了该评价体系在其他高附加值产业领域的应用潜力,为美妆类传统产品的创新升级与可持续发展提供了全新的技术范式。
Abstract:With the rapid development of the foundation market, consumers’ demands for product quality have been constantly rising, making traditional evaluation methods difficult to meet the assessment needs of the diversified foundation products available on the market. This study aims to construct a foundation quality evaluation system based on artificial intelligence and collective intelligence, so as to address such industry pain points as information asymmetry, difficulty in quality quantification, and lack of consumer trusts in the foundation market. By developing the Probability Density Function Weighted Average (PDFWA) algorithm to multi-dimensional feature fusion and a positive-sum game incentive mechanism based on collective intelligence, this research achieves an objective and quantitative assessment of foundation quality, while also realizing efficient screening of the professional capabilities of beauty reviewers. The results of empirical studies show that this evaluation system can not only significantly improve the accuracy of foundation quality assessment, but also fully stimulate the professional literacy and sense of responsibility of beauty reviewers. It provides consumers with credible quality references, and facilitates the standardized and healthy development of the foundation market. In addition, this study further explores the application potential of the evaluation system in other high-value-added industrial fields, offering a brand-new technical paradigm for the innovative upgrading and sustainable development of traditional beauty products.
